About the Role:

• Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of collaborating physicians.
• Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from team.
• Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
• Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with clinical staff members, and management.
• Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
• Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant - Master’s degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• New Graduates are encouraged to apply
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
