TITLE: Campus Production Manager

DEPARTMENT: Production

HOURS: Full-Time (Tuesday–Friday + Sunday (Includes holidays, evenings, weekends))

Purpose And Summary

The Campus Production Manager is a key leadership role at TFH Napa, responsible for overseeing all aspects of production during weekend services, special events, and midweek functions. This includes managing volunteers, maintaining technical systems, and ensuring the excellence and consistency of the worship experience.

QUALIFICATIONS (at Time Of Hire)

• Minimum of three years experience in live production, technical arts, or broadcast environments (church setting preferred)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in media production, technical arts, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or training in audio/video production or church tech systems
• Proficiency in audio, video, and lighting systems (e.g., digital sound consoles, ProPresenter, video switchers, lighting consoles)
• Strong understanding of signal flow and basic networking
• Experience with production system maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation (e.g., cable pulling, equipment mounting, terminations)
• Familiarity with production planning tools (e.g., Planning Center Online)
• Proven ability to lead and develop volunteer teams in a ministry or production environment
• Skilled at training individuals with varying technical experience
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and events in a fast-paced environment
  
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all Napa Campus production volunteers (this includes recruitment, training, development of volunteers for all TFH Napa services)
• Oversee the execution of Weekend and Non-Weekend services (this includes setup and execution of service)
• Be a leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and upholding worship experience standards.
• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, creating, planning, and executing production for all campus-specific events, including outreach events, volunteer meetings/rallies, baptisms, youth events, etc.
• Oversee Napa campus production structures, and systems.
• Maintain the campus’s technical equipment and work with the central Production Dept for repairs and upgrades. This will include pulling and termination of audio, video and data cable, installation of equipment and computer systems, etc.
• Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating procedures, cultural expectations, and volunteer leadership.
• Assist in the production execution of all non-weekend special events as needed (all-church events). This would include events and conferences held at the central campus.
