Position Overview

The Partnership Operations Manager will act as the primary liaison between TruDiagnostic and its commercial partners, research institutions, and collaborative projects. This role will ensure each partnership is aligned with business goals, contract terms, and strategic objectives, providing hands-on support to optimize performance, streamline processes, uphold contractual commitments, and maintain a positive partnership environment. This role requires strong project management and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to simplify and solve complex issues while working cross-functionally with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Success:

  • Work alongside commercial partners, institutional collaborations, and research clients to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Develop a structured onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the Company’s offerings, expectations, and key milestones.
  • Monitor and track partnership performance, proactively addressing challenges and optimizing outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Research, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements and the delivery of expected products and/or services.


Project & Contract Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with legal agreements, including business contracts, research collaboration terms, and licensing deals.
  • Establish and maintain a project/partnership dashboard/tracking system to monitor deliverables, timelines, and partnership milestones.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to contract execution, working with legal and internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and records for partner performance, meeting notes, and legal adherence.


Operational Support & Performance Optimization:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, Legal, and Lab Teams) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies, ensuring that partnerships operate effectively with minimal bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance check-ins with key partners.
  • Support new commercial product rollouts to ensure seamless integration into partner businesses.


Customer Experience & Retention:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and escalations, providing proactive solutions to improve partnership longevity.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships, supporting renewals and expansions.
  • Develop and distribute partner-specific performance reports and insights to help improve outcomes.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, project management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management, preferably within B2B, healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or research sectors.
  • Experience managing research collaborations, academic partnerships, or commercial partnerships in a scientific or biotech environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract compliance, project tracking, and partnership execution.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and drive data-informed decisions to improve partner success.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar), and data visualization platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate complex scientific concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, evolving environment.
