The Applied AI team within Google Cloud is building a set of AI-driven applications that drive business impact for enterprise customers. Our team within Applied AI is focused on a Customer Engagement Suite which is the top proven use case for Conversational AI, and we are taking it to the next level with Gen AI Agents and low/no code tools which are already seeing strong scaled adoption.
In this role, you will help define and drive the product strategy for Conversational AI platform, collaborating with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve real business problems. You will regularly engage with customers and partners, gathering feedback and infusing these insights back into the organization, develop product strategy, advocating differentiated features, and ensuring effective product launches.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

Responsibilities
- Establish a comprehensive strategy and foster tight cross-functional collaboration to synergize cross-product journeys and end-to-end experiences.
- Work closely with our engineering and incubation teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with user experience researcher (UXR) and conduct research to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and identify product differentiators.
- Collaborate with teams across Google (e.g., Google Deep Mind, Vertex AI) to build partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses both short-term deliverables and long-term strategy.
