Seeking a local contract Physical Therapist in Newport News, VA for a 13-week, 40-hour/week role in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Provide patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and perform hands-on therapy to improve mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain accurate documentation, and stay updated on therapy practices.
- Requires strong knowledge of anatomy, experience in SNFs preferred, and excellent communication skills.
