- Strategic Planning: Shaping EA’s corporate strategy and aligning it with clear, actionable business plans and franchise strategies.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Delivering insights at scale that keep EA at the forefront of the interactive entertainment industry.
- Leadership Development: Cultivating future leaders to drive impact across EA and beyond
- Behavioral Analytics: Lead comprehensive data-driven analyses to understand player behaviors, motivations, and evolving preferences, informing critical strategic decisions.
- Enterprise Metric Design: Develop and define applicable metrics & KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring tracking of long-term strategic objectives and company performance.
- AI Expansion: Guide the strategic implementation of AI within analytics, establish standardized workflows, promote best practices, and demonstrate measurable value from AI-driven analytics initiatives.
- Data Strategy: Formulate and implement a best-in-class data strategy to fully leverage extensive datasets, enabling nuanced analysis and efficient utilization for training AI models at scale.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics-driven roles.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Capable of clearly presenting complex analytics to diverse partners.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming industry trends is highly advantageous.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize and enhance existing workflows.
