- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategy development
- Create marketing materials such as reports, presentations, and product sheets
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and outreach
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications
- Support coordination of events, advertising efforts, and outreach programs
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
