Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator is the connecting piece between the business partner and the

Sales Team by providing support with various business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B & B2C events including registration, managing booth fees & invoices, ordering COIs, gathering & working with the Logistics team to ship assets and any other event coordination needs.
• Coordinate with various internal teams through Asana Project Management Software and Microsoft Teams to manage Event assets, timelines, and logistics.
• Manage and update various Distributor Event Portals
• Other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Physical capability to regularly lift, move, or carry items weighing up to 30 lbs following proper safety protocols.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• CRM and ERP experience beneficial
• Project Management software experience beneficial
• Self-Motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
• Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate accountability with small and large initiatives
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced & ever-changing environment

Part-Time

5 hour shift - anytime between 8am-5pm

Salary Description

$18- $22.50 per hour
