Saint Therese of Woodbury holds a 5-star rating and is looking for Home Health Aides to join our dedicated team! Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units.

A Home Health Aide Is Responsible For

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Administer medications
  • Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide companionship to residents.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.

Positions available in Assisted Living/Memory Care include working every other weekend and every other holiday:

  • 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (80 hours per two-week pay period)
  • 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (16 hours per two-week pay period)

Qualifications

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is preferred, but not required.

Metro Transit is now piloting a new on-demand, shared ride service in a few areas around the metro, including a 13-square-mile area in Woodbury and parts of Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.

Pay Range: $18.44 - $25.03/hour depending on experience.
