Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Champion the Admissions Experience: Become the authoritative voice of 2-Hour Learning for prospective families, orchestrating a seamless application journey that reflects our innovative approach to education.
- Craft Compelling First Impressions: Design and deliver school tours, open houses, and information sessions that demonstrate with clarity and impact how our model enables students to learn twice as fast while developing essential life skills.
- Drive Data-Informed Strategy: Leverage HubSpot and SIS platforms to track metrics, analyze conversion patterns, and deliver actionable insights that shape enrollment strategy.
- Standardize Excellence: Maintain and refine comprehensive admissions documentation and standard operating procedures that ensure consistency and precision across all family interactions.
- Cultivate High-Value Relationships: Engage prospective families with strategic empathy and insight, creating admissions experiences that resonate with their educational priorities and concerns.
- Navigate Bureaucratic Approval Chains: You'll operate with decision-making authority to implement improvements and respond to market needs without administrative delays.
- Oversee Large Administrative Teams: Your focus will be on direct leadership of the admissions process, not managing layers of personnel.
- Deliver Generic Presentations: Every family interaction will be strategically personalized to address specific needs and concerns, not delivered from standardized scripts.
- Maintain Status Quo Processes: You'll continuously evaluate and enhance admissions systems based on performance data and family feedback, not preserve ineffective traditions.

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with verifiable enrollment growth achievements.
- Superior communication capabilities across all mediums, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts with precision and persuasion.
- Commanding executive presence that projects professionalism and inspires confidence in discerning audiences.
- Exceptional organizational discipline and time management expertise, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities across campuses while meeting critical deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (particularly HubSpot and Veracross) with demonstrated data integrity management.
- Established record of delivering premium, high-touch client experiences that exceed expectations.
- Must be based in Austin, TX—or prepared to relocate—with capability to travel up to 20% within the United States.
- Established experience in private school admissions, particularly working with high-net-worth families and their unique expectations.
- Background in strategic sales or marketing with demonstrated expertise in narrative development and relationship cultivation.
- Knowledge of mastery-based learning approaches or progressive educational methodologies.
