Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on construction equipment and vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair small engines (e.g., generators, compactors, pumps).
- Conduct routine inspections and keep maintenance logs.
- Identify parts and tools required for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop area.
- Collaborate with operators and project teams to diagnose equipment issues.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards.
- Experience with small engine repair and basic mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with construction equipment maintenance (preferred).
- Ability to read equipment manuals and follow technical instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
