Field Lead Install Technician - #1413298

HomeWorks Energy (New England Smart Energy Group) is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Position Type: This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for overtime. This position is also eligible for bonuses based on performance in addition to the hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
• Complete work in a timely manager
• Complete work up to "Energize CT" standards
• Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed
• Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
• Complete proper documentation for each job
• Collect copay from customer
• Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Construction management experience - (Preferred not required)
• Crew Lead Certification - (Preferred not required)
• Experience with "Energize CT" is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
