**Qualification Summary**

To qualify for an IT Project Manager (APPSW) position, you must possess the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrate the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS- 13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after- competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Manages projects in accordance with agile scrum principles, negotiates and documents project commitments with appropriate organizations and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables within budget Develops, integrated, and analyzed software development and integration to permit accurate assessments of existing IT capabilities and determines the applicability of evolving technologies and processes, system change requests to determine and recommend logical approaches for incremental deliveries Provides expertise and support for self-service analytical tools, such as Qlik, Business Objects, Enterprise SAS, and tools providing Al/ML capabilities such as Cloudera Translates general customer requirements into detailed specifications and developing integrated applications that automate the customer's business processes and improve efficiency Applies systems analysis and development principles and techniques for existing and new application software design concepts and methods to effectively measure software development risk and ensure successful project outcomes Assess new systems design methodologies to improve software quality, ensure the integration of IT programs and services, and develop solutions to integration/interoperability issues.
