Key Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
- Maintain job site safety and quality standards
- Supervise and assist field crews, ensuring work meets project specs and timelines
- Perform regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
