Job Summary
The Compliance Analyst may be responsible for various tasks to support the Bank’s compliance program. This position requires performing day-to-day compliance management activities related to the Bank and its Strategic Partner programs. The Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the Bank’s Treating Customers Fairly Officer and its Fair Lending Program.
Primary Responsibilities (Job Duties)
You Will:
- Interface with WebBank Compliance Managers and/or VP’s, execute the issue management program.
- Review Strategic Partner marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of compliance reviews of Strategic Partner Programs.
- Review policies, procedures, and process maps to validate that Strategic Partners are following Bank expectations and requirements.
- Perform Risk Assessments, including fair lending risk assessments, UDAAP risk assessments, and others.
- Support the Bank’s Treating Customers Fairly Officer and contribute to the Bank’s fair lending program.
- Manage the deployment and follow-up of compliance training.
- Assist in the preparation of Management and Board level reporting packages.
- Assist Compliance Managers and/or VP’s with the preparation of reports related to compliance oversight of Strategic Partners for review by multiple stakeholders within the Bank.
- Monitor federal and state regulatory changes related to consumer and commercial lending.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Program Management teams to identify complaint trends and escalate concerns as necessary to assess compliance impact and regulatory risk.
- Collaborate with Strategic Partners in root cause analysis activities for issues identified through customer complaints and identifying solutions to mitigate future issues.
- Possibility of travel up to 10%.
