This job position is located in Eastern Idaho with the opportunity of being Remote. You will occasionally travel to our headquarters located in Boise, Idaho.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IHFA as the subject matter expert for mortgage lenders, brokers and realtors.
  • Ensure all mortgage rate locks are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Implement the company’s mortgage pricing strategy to ensure all incoming mortgage loans are accurately aligned with established pricing guidelines.
  • Serve on the ‘Scenario Desk’ providing expert guidance on IHFA mortgage products and services.
  • Provide education and complete pricing support to our lending partners.
  • Develop and deliver advanced Lender Connection training for Idaho lenders.
  • Design and deliver Encompass TPO training for our broker partners.

Strategic Marketing and Community Outreach

  • Assist the Business Development Supervisor in identifying training and education opportunities within the region.
  • Work with the Business Development Supervisor to provide training for lender and mortgage broker partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular On-site visits to IHFA lender’s offices to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.

Data Management

  • Manage and enhance lender referral systems and related databases.
  • Ensure timely updates to All-Regs and maintain important Exception and Renegotiation Spreadsheets

Special Projects

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Supervisor on special projects that will drive innovation and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and support across the department as needed.

Professional Development

  • Participate in training and in cross-training on an individual basis and with department staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Attend job-related classes and seminars to acquire necessary job-related knowledge as approved

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Two years of experience in residential loan processing, closing or servicing, or a combination of education, customer service and experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees, lenders, customers and clients.
  • Ability to work independently, schedule, organize, prioritize and complete job responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of Encompass TPO Connect and Optimal Blue preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Some travel required. Within Idaho. No overnight.
