We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Remote Live Phone Support for Flourish Research. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients over the phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience while using our products and services. This is a remote position and you can work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues.
• Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
• Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
