The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse provides patient care, supervises staff, and develops individualized care plans.
- Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing treatment plans, administering medications, and documenting care accurately.
- Communicates with the interdisciplinary team, reports changes in patient condition promptly, and participates in team activities.
- Ensures medication safety, manages admissions/discharges, and educates patients and families on health conditions.
- Monitors staffing needs, completes documentation, and provides emergency coverage as required.
- Requires a valid RN license, CPR and de-escalation certification, with preferred experience in behavioral health.
- Shift: Night (7pm-7am); compensation: $40-$45/hour plus shift differentials.
- Applicants with psychiatric nursing certification and experience in addiction recovery are preferred.
