- Build trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support and addressing concerns.
- Shifts are primarily second shift (2:30pm-11pm) with varying weekly schedules; part-time roles include evening hours (6:30pm-7am).
- Qualifications include a valid MI RN/LPN license, CPR certification, with geriatrics experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required for electronic medical record documentation.
