Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care shifts, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
- Make frequent rounds, monitor resident conditions, and supervise nursing staff.
- Report and document patient status, review care plans, and communicate changes to management.
- Prepare and administer medications, perform treatments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, secure environment, monitor supplies, and follow policies including HIPAA regulations.
- Requires current RN license, at least 1 year supervisory experience, and training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.
