Essential Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring the program’s schedule stays on track and key milestones are completed
- Brief and interact with customers, users, and upper management on all facets of the program
- Collaborate with Finance for EVMS data collection, financial and manpower forecasting, reporting, and variance justification
- Lead the integration of the program integrated master schedule (IMS) and track progress
- Assist and/or lead pursuit activities with Business Development including shaping business cases and managing internal funds for pursuit activities
- Support the program’s schedule and completion of key milestones
- Assist with monitoring the program’s performance
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years or prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- 10% travel may be required to support customer requirements
- CAM/IPTL experience
- Engineering background
- Experience with DoD contract execution
- Experience with COBRA/EVMS
- PMP Certification or PLS training
- Ability to support occasional overtime work, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to meet business objectives
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Working knowledge of system-level requirements, design practices, hardware specification, and development is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
