Position Overview
We're hiring a Senior Project Manager – Strategic to lead mission-critical projects that shape LOVING’s culture, brand, and future. This isn’t your typical PM role. You’ll sit at the center of change—spearheading projects that range from AI-powered implementations to company-wide culture initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role built for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves structure, and lives for results. You’ll report directly to our Chief of Staff and lead both internal teams and external subcontractors from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects related to marketing, culture, and innovation
- Develop project scopes, timelines, KPIs, and execution plans
- Collaborate with executive leadership to turn big ideas into executable strategies
- Direct and align internal teams and outside contractors toward shared outcomes
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure results
- Integrate AI tools and automation to drive efficiency, insights, and scale
- Proactively identify roadblocks and keep multiple projects moving forward
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence
- 5+ years in project management, operations, marketing strategy, or consulting
- Proven success leading cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Deep knowledge of AI applications in marketing, analytics, or productivity
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills—able to build reports, dashboards, and insights
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and a fast-growth environment
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence
- A natural self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
- Have experience in branding, internal communications, or organizational development
- Have managed or scaled subcontracted teams
- Have built automation or AI tools into real-world workflows
