What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Array on-site: manage staffing needs, build relationships, and ensure top-notch service for our clients and associates.
- Recruit and onboard rockstar talent — from screening and interviewing to safety training and orientation.
- Keep the engine running: manage schedules, track attendance, and make sure timekeeping is on point.
- Provide mentorship, conflict resolution, and performance coaching to help our associates thrive.
- Handle day-to-day operations, emails, and client check-ins with professionalism and flair.
- Partner with clients to anticipate needs and deliver above-and-beyond service.
- Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed to the letter.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.
- Previous management or supervisory experience — you're a natural leader.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in the rental car industry — we love industry know-how!
- Microsoft Office Pro — especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and serious attention to detail.
