We are seeking a hospitality-centric, experienced, and detail oriented Hospitality Manager who will launch and manage the Lenovo Legend Club at Lenovo Center. This role will serve as a Membership Concierge overseeing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive space for Carolina Hurricanes and NC State Wolfpack games, as well as events outside of hockey and basketball season.

This brand-new space is an all-inclusive club for all first and second row ticket holders for the Carolina Hurricanes, as well as our bunker suites. Chef-attended stations, up-scale arena food, specialty cocktails and more await each guest for games and events. Located on the Arena Floor, guests will have continuous access to this upscale club space.

This role requires a strategic and service-driven leader who can balance operational excellence with exceptional member engagement. The ideal candidate will manage the staff, ensure top-tier service, drive revenue, and curate a high-end member experience inside the Lenovo Legend Club.

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the club and restaurant, ensuring seamless service and high-quality hospitality standards
  • Work with the Premium Services and Arena Food & Beverage team to develop and implement operational strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, labor costs, and profit margins

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of service staff
  • Work hand in hand with the culinary team on execution and quality of menu
  • Set performance standards, conduct regular staff evaluations, and provide coaching and development

Guest Experience & Membership Concierge Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP members, developing strong relationships with members, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs
  • Manage member reservations, private events, and special requests
  • Oversee the execution of exclusive events, ensuring each meets brand standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-end restaurant, club, or luxury hospitality setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a refined and polished demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a high-performance culture
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational planning
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle pressure with grace
  • Proficiency in POS systems and reservation management software
  • Competency with gourmet food and trending cocktails
  • Capability to participate in the creation and evolution of Club food & beverage menus
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 60 or more hours per week which could include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a criminal background check
