Job Description

Be the Voice That Connects a Global Team. If you have 5+ years in communications and a passion for connecting people through clear, engaging messaging, this is your chance to make an impact. Marken is looking for a strategic and creative Internal Communications Manager to join our team and help shape how we connect, inform, and inspire employees across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, alignment, and transparency through thoughtful communication strategies and storytelling that reflect our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans that support leadership priorities and company-wide initiatives.
• Manage and evolve the company’s intranet site as a central hub for news, resources, and employee engagement.
• Write and edit compelling content including executive messages, organizational announcements, FAQs, and internal campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments and geographies.
• Support change management efforts with clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for tone and clarity.
• Experience managing digital communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar intranet tools).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
