- AM Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Part-time every other weekend only
- PM Shift: Part-time and Full-time opportunities, shift times vary per block

We have five senior communities in New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury that are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.
The Home Health Aide performs services for clients as directed to maintain the personal comfort and safety of the client. Additionally, this role will attend a minimum of four staff meetings annually and will maintain current CPR and First Aide Certification.
