The Opportunity


"The Software Licensing Specialist will be responsible for creating, distributing, and documenting optimization software licenses and performing first level licensing support activities. This person will also be responsible for managing applications and renewals for an Academic Partnership Program. This person will be reporting directly to the Product Management – Vice President. You will engage with both internal Product Management, Sales, and Finance, and Marketing stakeholders along with external Clients. The ideal candidate will be technically minded, comfortable working with Clients, learns new skills quickly, and is open to learning more about FICO’s wider offerings and vision.”



What You’ll Contribute


  • Create software licenses for new sales, license transfers, and license upgrades

  • Maintain database of all software licenses provided along with contact information for all Clients

  • Provide first level licensing support to help clients install and run software

  • Maintain database of all Academic Partnership Program (APP) participants and support the growth of the APP

  • Support APP participants by providing software and licensing

  • Provide support to Marketing team for customer engagement activities

  • Work directly with FICO Clients and be the face of our software business




What We’re Seeking


  • High school degree or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams, across time zones.
