The Crew Member at Pancheros is the foundation upon which the success of an entire restaurant is built. This position is the most important, as you’re the very first person that our guests meet, setting the mood for their entire Pancheros experience. Plus, you and your team actually cook the food you serve in a real kitchen (not reheating frozen processed foods with the push of a button).

Cooking from scratch every day, you’ll learn all aspects of food preparation, from cutting and dicing to working the grill, making queso, and perfecting the art of fresh pressing and grilling a tortilla to order-and with all that, enjoying the camaraderie and pride of serving what you’ve made together. You’ll also learn the front-of-house skills of hospitality and guest service creating a welcoming and fun environment, along with the practical aspects of running the cash register. Mastery of all these skills and your ability to share what you’ve learned with your teammates can also open the door for professional growth with Pancheros.
