About the Role

As Knowledge and Research Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing awareness, use and advocacy of our products. You will convey the value and market differentiators through meetings, presentations and trainings in assigned law firm accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Developing trusted relationships to positively impact advocacy of LN products among customers
  • Uncovering the needs of the librarians through customer conversations
  • Communicating to LN management and product planners to help the company meet and exceed customer needs and concerns
  • Promoting, training, and supporting Lexis, Lexis+, Lexis+ AI, Context, Newsdesk, Dossier, and Diligence
  • Utilizing all required processes, systems, sales metrics, and reporting tools
  • Meeting/ exceeding goals and key objectives


Requirements

  • Possess proven legal and law librarian experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed written, oral, and presentation/training skills
  • Have the ability and desire to build relationships with customers
  • Possess solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
