Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Occupational Therapist will be to help clients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and activities by developing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting evaluations to determine clients' physical and cognitive abilities
• Developing treatment plans to help clients improve their functional abilities
• Providing hands-on therapy to improve clients' fine motor skills, strength, coordination, and balance
• Educating clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing Occupational Therapy practice
