Our Transformation (1LMX) S4 Production Operations build team is seeking a highly motivated, and enthusiastic Master Scheduling and Shop Floor Integrations Product Owner to help maximize the value delivered by the team and ensure the team build and backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs

About the role:
You will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering Master Scheduling and Shop Floor Integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Guiding the technical SAP S4 solution for the Master Scheduling and Shop Floor Integrations product team
  • Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives
  • Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs
  • Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts
  • Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure
products will satisfy users' needs
  • Ensuring functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable
  • Clearly expressing Product Backlog items with the team
  • Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
  • Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work next
  • Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
  • Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

This position is fully remote
Basic Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in SAP Master Scheduling
  • Shop Floor System Integration Experience
  • Senior experience in IT development
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to teams delivering solutions through the full software lifecycle.
  • Established program management skills (traditional and/or agile) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance
  • Experience with Agile processes and tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira or VersionOne.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
  • Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive level leadership
  • Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
  • Ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences
  • US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
  • Domain experience or subject matter expertise in SAP Master Scheduling.
  • Experience integrating SAP with Shop Floor systems and tools.
  • Past experience supporting a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system modernization projects
  • Formal Agile project management experience or certifications including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent portfolio management practices
  • Existing experience with budgeting and executing projects using formal Earned Value Management techniques
  • Demonstrated ability implementing transformational projects, leveraging best practices and sharing assets

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year
