About The Role

As the Chief of Staff, you will be a vital member of our executive team, collaborating closely with leaders to shape and implement our strategic vision. Your role involves diversifying and integrating our services to enhance community support, program design, fundraising, and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities

Strategically invest in social services to ensure accessible support for our clients.

Launch and oversee new initiatives, such as a financial services program for quicker payments and integrated services.

Contribute to strategic planning and financial management for expanded services, including eviction and foreclosure defense, rental assistance, and disaster relief efforts.

Lead executive meetings, manage project actions, and drive progress forward.

Create analyses and resources to further policy, advocacy, and program goals.

Expand services for use by other nonprofits or in different states.

Conduct policy research to support challenging systemic inequalities.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in strategic or analytics roles.

Strong Analytical Abilities, Including Modeling And Data Analysis Skills.

Experience in developing and overseeing new programs or initiatives.

Excellent communication skills to influence leaders through data-driven presentations.

Interest in fundraising and supporting organizational growth.

Dedication to challenging racial and economic injustices.

Background in consumer financial services or CDFIs is advantageous.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
