Director of   Demand Generation Marketing to join our team!

We are looking for a demand generation leader who is excited to drive our company’s growth to the next level. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to build our pipeline and ultimately achieve our revenue goals in partnership with the sales and customer success teams. A successful candidate will be an analytical and collaborative leader who takes a hands-on approach to achieve results with the team. The focus of the role will be a mix of new business acquisition plus upsell and expansion across our customer base.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have one direct report, a Marketing Coordinator.

This full time, salaried role is remote eligible, with preference for candidates in CST or EST, and has a budgeted compensation of

$140-180K OTE commensur ate with experience.

You should have

Proven track record of 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B company

Experience working in a SaaS business, and familiar with the KPIs that drive SaaS performance

Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention, expansion)

Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurture programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting

Strong analytical experience with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns, make sales decisions, and tell a succinct story

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with executive leadership and sales teams

In-depth knowledge of a marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce

Experience managing budgets, multiple vendor contracts and relationships

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid social advertising platforms, SEM Rush, and other relevant performance marketing technologies

Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward

Ability to work ET or CT hours with occasional travel (~7%)

Responsibilities What you'll do Strategy and Campaign Management Develop and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy that is aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives Determine and continuously optimize the tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEO, events, webinars, and social Evaluate, select and manage outside agencies that contribute to the demand creation programs Lead generation and pipeline development Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels to deliver a predictable volume of leads and pipeline Manage demand generation tactics and A/B test to continuously improve results Analytics and Reporting Set program goals, analyze campaign results in detail, and make data-based adjustments to drive improvement Manage the allocation of performance marketing budget to achieve the greatest return for our dollars Build reports and dashboards to monitor and communicate lead gen activity Develop clear and succinct narratives that educate and engage senior leadership on demand gen performance Team and Cross-functional Management Collaborate with marketing team to execute content, events and product marketing initiatives to help achieve demand gen goals Partner with sales and rev ops to develop end-to-end campaigns and ensure strong unit economics across all marketing channels (LTV/CAC) Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions Operations Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to support full funnel tracking, build reporting and ensure close alignment with the Sales team on revenue metrics Monitor existing and developing technologies and make recommendations to improve Enumerate’s go-to-market tech stack Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations Requirements Proven track record of 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years in demand gen at a B2B company Experience in a SaaS business, and familiar with the KPIs that drive SaaS performance Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Knowledge in: Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention, expansion) Knowledge in: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurture programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting Knowledge in: Strong analytical experience with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns, make sales decisions, and tell a succinct story Knowledge in: Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with executive leadership and sales teams Knowledge in: In-depth knowledge of a marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce Requisition #cltt75tp12i2q0jm662p6xz2l
