Job Description

ITV Associates is a rapidly growing construction and facilities management company expanding into North Carolina. We are currently seeking several Mobile Facilities Technicians to support a major financial institution.

As a mobile facilities technician you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of between 20 and 35 buildings, act as the primary contact, and provide oversight for any third party vendors, as well as performing routine maintenance activities.

Technicians must be able to quickly assess problems and either make a necessary repair or manage the repair. They must be able to work with little or no supervision, be available to respond to emergency calls as needed, and have outstanding communications and customer service skills.

Requirements

The successful candidates will possess the following skills and or attributes:

• Most have strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentries skills and be able to complete a variety of tasks as needed for the upkeep and maintenance of numerous bank branch facilities.
• Must adhere to strict clean rules as well as security and access regulations.?
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on AC systems including package, split, and chilled water systems.
• Be able to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Supervise third party vendors to ensure that company and customer policies are followed.
• Participate in ongoing training to meet minimum job requirements and as new equipment or processes are developed.
• The successful candidate must be a graduate from an apprenticeship, trade school, or have at least 5 years of commercial experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
• Be familiar with the procedures for performing hot work on energized electrical panels including OSHA safeguards and protective equipment.
• Have strong written, verbal, and customer service skills.
• Be familiar with facilities management software, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
