Job Description:

As an Events Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. You'll work closely with our experienced event planners to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Aid in the development and execution of event timelines, schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Provide on-site support during events, managing registration, assisting vendors, and addressing guest inquiries.
• Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, reconciling expenses, and evaluating event success.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software is desirable.
