We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information for upcoming projects, communicating and organizing the day-top-day operations for upcoming projects. You will serve as a liaison between the internal project team and our customers.

This position offers competitive compensation. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement. Pay for this position starts at $ 24. This position offers growth potential and pay will increase as your experience further develops!

Essential Functions
- Effectively manage incoming inquiries; identify and access customer’s needs to company’s standards
- Drafts proposals and any other paperwork and sending it to the appropriate individuals
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Liaise between estimators and customers to schedule jobs correctly
- Proofread job contracts written by estimators
- Review permits for subcontractors
- Create daily schedules Schedule appointments, process orders, and prepare monthly reports
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and enter data into company’s CRM
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with multiple moving parts and various levels of management and team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- This job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds
- Occasional travel as required
- Associate degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, etc
- Experience providing administrative and operational support to management
