Job Summary

Quickparts seeks a visionary Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our cutting-edge additive manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll oversee production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams while coordinating all manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and labor utilization across the facility.
• Provide strong leadership to optimize production personnel and equipment utilization.
• Serve as the crucial link between production workers and upper management, fostering collaboration.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to design and validate world-class manufacturing processes.
• Operational Management
• Oversee and coordinate all manufacturing operations, including production, machinery, processing, and packaging.
• Ensure production schedules align with facility capabilities, customer demands, and financial plans.
• Manage materials replenishment, quality control, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, maintaining budget discipline and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
• Process Innovation & Documentation
• Investigate and deploy cutting-edge manufacturing processes to reduce costs and elevate product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation protocols, ensuring all operational records are accurate and up-to-date.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production operations or engineering.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of success.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in operations management, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in international business operations (preferred).
