Reporting to the Director, Benefits you will provide employees with a premium experience through our benefits and employee communities. Our goal is to drive employee engagement, meet employees where they are, and ensure our benefits are easy to understand.

Your role will involve supporting our community programs, developing employee communications, and managing our wellness vendors at Red Bull North America (RBNA). This role serves as the main point of contact for employees and is the primary driver for process improvements, events, communications, and ensuring vendors deliver the expected level of service for our employees in your area.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

COMMUNITY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (ERGs & FIT FOR FLIGHT)

Develop and maintain program guidelines, resources, and tools. Support key stakeholders to drive the successful execution of relevant programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, securing resources, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for optimal program outcomes. Manage application, election, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Execute annual summits for each program. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying trends and opportunities for adjustment. Maintain program strategy and recommend improvements based on utilization and feedback. Create internal feedback loops between various key stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of relevant offerings and providing a forum for recommendations. Work closely with Finance to manage budgets related to your programs and make recommendations around allocation and spend.

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS

Drive strategy for effective employee communications, identifying trends and opportunities for adjustment. Work cross-functionally with Internal Communications and other stakeholders to develop and cascade monthly benefits communications. Maintain and optimize benefits content on the Hub (Intranet). Ensure all communications align with our brand standards. Develop, coordinate, and present at various community and company activations.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Own agendas and ongoing meetings to ensure relevant and urgent topics are addressed and resolved. Manage vendor performance, ensuring vendor alignment and delivery on strategic goals. Lead resolution/project management of escalations and high-priority issues. Highlight trends and opportunities across our wellness vendor space to your manager, based on employee feedback and vendor performance. Lead market checks, including evaluating alternatives, assisting with market pricing, and supporting contract negotiations.

ADMINISTRATION

Resolve employee vendor escalations. Process program-related vendor invoices. Develop and maintain playbooks and training on all processes.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive innovative programs, initiatives and solutions based on employee needs

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $98,000-$138,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
