About The Role
As our HR Director, you will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning to support the organization's mission and long-term goals. This is a key leadership role where your expertise will shape culture, improve processes, and ensure compliance in a dynamic rehab/healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage employee benefits, leave programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and implement engagement and retention strategies to enhance workplace culture.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performing, values-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare or rehab industry.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A track record of inspiring teams and enhancing workplace culture.
