Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from letter of intent (LOI) through post-closing.
  • Review and summarize leases, title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and environmental assessments.
  • Draft and revise purchase agreements, easements, leases, closing checklists, and ancillary documents under attorney supervision.
  • Interface with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and municipal offices to resolve encumbrances and ensure timely closings.
  • Prepare and file UCCs, organizational documents, and conduct corporate and lien searches to ensure entity compliance.
  • Assist attorneys in preparation for closings including assembly of closing binders and coordination of signatures and recordings.
