What You'll Do

• Lead and manage daily site operations for ground-up commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Enforce safety compliance across all operations (OSHA, Scherer standards)
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and on-site documentation
• Review blueprints, shop drawings, and project specs for accuracy and execution
• Direct layout and benchmark controls, ensuring high-precision work
• Collaborate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and owners for seamless communication
• Manage site logistics including deliveries, equipment, and materials
• Handle RFIs and provide clear updates to the project manager
• Maintain site cleanliness, security, and organization
• Oversee final punch lists and prepare site for client turnover
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 10+ years in the commercial construction industry
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Superintendent
• Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience in car dealership construction is a strong plus
• Mastery in blueprint reading, field coordination, and dimensional layout
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive subcontractor productivity
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
• Able to travel to project sites as needed
