Dietitian Responsibilities You'll Love:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional evaluations and develop personalized meal plans based on residents’ health conditions and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and food service teams to monitor residents’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as required.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families to promote healthy eating habits and manage dietary restrictions.
• Ensure all dietary practices and food services adhere to state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including the development and implementation of nutrition policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of residents’ nutritional status, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  
  

NOW HIRING: Dietitian

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or nursing home environments.
• Strong understanding of nutrition guidelines, dietary restrictions, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
