Description
We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional that would recruit for the portfolio of Shifamed companies. An ideal person for this role will have a track record of being able to successfully navigate a dynamic environment with competing priorities. In this role you will be instrumental in creating a great hiring experience for both candidates and managers alike. As an effective communicator you are skilled at building rapport and trust with those you interact with. You enjoy learning and staying current on hiring trends in the market. The focus of the position is to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to a variety of complex roles. This is a 40 hour per week, hybrid on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Campbell, CA 3 days per week.
Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage the recruitment process and help ensure a positive candidate experience
- Strategize, execute, and manage different ways to build talent pipelines, such as sourcing campaigns, referrals, internship program, and networking events both virtual and in person
- Stay current on the latest methods to source active and passive candidates
- Prepare various reports related to recruitment metrics
- Manage relationships and processes with outside recruiters, staffing agencies and job posting vendors
- Manage requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Adept at leveraging technology and software tools to create speed and efficiency
Education & Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience recruiting/sourcing preferably in start-ups and medical devices.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a requisition load of 20+ on a regular basis.
- Excellent interview skills and the ability to screen and select candidates.
- Skilled at identifying new sources to find talent.
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems; Paycor experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with competing priorities.
- A positive, collaborative approach to your work.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
