The Automotive Biller is responsible for verifying and processing all documents related to all vehicle purchases and sales, ensuring accurate and timely billing and processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process all documentation for all vehicle purchases and sales of retail and wholesale
- Maintain accurate schedules of vehicle inventory and sales transactions
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Month End processing of all vehicle transactions
- Misc clerical tasks as they come up
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive billing or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with billing software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
