Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Conduct open houses and other events to showcase properties.
- Provide clients with information about the local housing market and neighborhoods.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings and follow up on inquiries.
- Ensure properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and minor maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and feedback on property showings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings in the company database.
- Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Texas.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software and technology, including MLS systems and CRM platforms.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and support the lead agent.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Plano area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
