Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed revenue and performance goals.
- Conduct strategic account planning with key customer accounts.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on growth and retention.
- Engage with local business communities to expand brand presence.
- Provide training on technology-based solutions and inspire high performance.
- Align team objectives with overall company goals, promoting a customer-centric culture.
- 10+ years of business experience, with proven success managing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong business and technical acumen with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across organizational levels.
- High ethics, sound judgment, and active community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.
- Set and monitor team metrics and individual goals.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and team-building initiatives.
- Lead team meetings and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
- Manage team budget and maintain updated operating procedures.
- Ability to travel locally between offices and client sites.
- Compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act (federal contract standards apply).
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift light to moderate weight.
