Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Program Manager to join our team. This role reports to the General Manager at our plant in Bloomington, MN and is considered a critical member of the CPP-Minneapolis team, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams at CPP.

What will you do?
- Manage a customer-dedicated team consisting of a Quality and Product Engineers
- Manage key CPP accounts assigned including all interactions, lead all meetings
- Partner with the Operations, Finance, Quality and other internal teams to address customer needs and challenges
- Understand and maintain all customer specific delivery, quality and cost metrics
- Oversee bookings, backlog, customer scorecards and demand pipeline
- Understand contract terms and conditions and execute in accordance with corporate policies
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Technical Degree
- 8+ years of customer-facing account management experience working with large customers B2B manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of leadership experienced required
- Previous experience in the aerospace and/or casting industry preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis (Excel), and presentation design (PowerPoint)
- Targeted salary $100-120K annually
- 5% quarterly bonus potential
