Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00am - 6:30pm & Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00am - 6:30pm
Starting Hourly Pay: $24.00 an hour

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for families, providing compassionate support.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand prospective clients’ needs.
- Manage the admissions process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and ensure compliance.
- Engage with families over the phone, using empathy and active listening to build rapport.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in providing families with the information and solutions they need to establish care with Embark, ensuring their needs are met and barriers to care are addressed effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field strongly preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or call center environments is strongly preferred.
- A background in healthcare, medical sales or retail is a plus!
- Outstanding phone and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Strong working knowledge of insurance verification and benefits is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tech-savviness.
