Position Responsibilities
- The Production Manager will lead, manage, and hire employees to ensure the safe and high-quality production of products for the customer
- As a Production Manager, you will lead daily, weekly, and/or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress against action plans
- You will be responsible for the development of a maintenance-centered organizational structure that focuses on equipment uptime and operator feedback to maximize a coordinated, involved team approach to manufacturing
- You will actively utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
- Additionally, you will work on building highly effective production teams through team building, establishing a clear communication cadence, and providing ongoing coaching
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
- Master’s Degree
