Job Title: Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician
Summary of Role:
MACOM is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic semiconductor manufacturing operator/tech for our Test and Post-Wafer Fab operations. The operator/tech will report into the manufacturing team and perform general manufacturing duties on the production floor such as: on wafer electrical testing, die pick and place, visual inspection, die singulation, and assembly of die into packages.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean-room environment.
- Experience in semiconductor wafer probing.
- Set-up, operate, load, and monitor specialized equipment to ensure quality product is produced.
- Able to run multiple test stands.
- Ability to read and understand test plans and test set ups.
- May be responsible for monitoring equipment operation, inspecting final product, cleaning the work environment and performing data entry.
- May be required to work overtime.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years prior manufacturing experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or test or equivalent.
- Solid computer and math skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read and write effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and approach tasks with detail-oriented manner.
- Required to wear a clean-room smock, clean-room suit and/or proper safety personal protective equipment.
- Great work ethic and ability to work well with others.
